Task 3: Reply to a Complaint from a Client
Dear Angela,
I am emailing because I am very disappointed about the (explain what kind of) work you did for me on the (date). My understanding was that we agreed you would (explain what the job was, i.e drawing up detailed house plans, or discing a paddock).
This was not done satisfactorily, as the job was not completed (make up what they missed/ did not do, i.e. left out the 4th bedroom in the house plans). This has meant that I have not been able to (explain what problems have been caused, i.e. not planting the paddock).
I expect that you will come back on a date that suits both of us and ( write out the solution to fix the problem). I will expect your reply by Wednesday at the latest.
Regards
Jimbob.
